Support-type steps are those that are placed on an angle or another type of structure by supporting them and then securing them with a fastening clip or similar. The side plate is 30 mm.

Weld-type steps are those placed between two structural areas and welded to them for support. The side plate is 45 mm.

Screw-type steps are those placed between two structural areas, typically with 60 or 70 mm side plates that are drilled and slotted on the sides, and secured by screwing.
